I brought my car in without any tire issues and the car was returned to me with low tire lights on, and a huge gash in a tire that was not there when I brought the car in. Tire gash was so severe that it was returned to me with low tire lights on, and a huge gash in a tire that was not there when I brought the car in. Tire gash was so severe that it could not keep air in. Yet, dealership took NO responsibility and did not replace the tire. More

Jorge was wonderful. My only complaint is that I was told they'd replace the battery for my key and that was not done which means I have to find the time to go back.
