Not be from the area, driving into the lot asking where to locate Jeff and then having people call him and my new car warming up as I drove to park. It was a pleasure dealing with everyone, from Claire, Jeff and Todd. Love having Claire go over all the features, I have never had that happen any other place. Jeff kept in touch with e during the whole time, from day one, until the car came in and until the weather broke that we could get over the mountain. We were treated like family/friends, again never had that experience before. We would again travel the extra miles to be treated like family. We can't say enough on how this went down, everyone should shop there for a Subaru. I have passed the word and will continue. More

Fast and great I worked with Jeff online for a few days and was excited to come in and test drive a 2017 Forester. Brett also helped me get approved online and set aside my forester for me. When I came in Jeff was very friendly and helped get my payment where it needed to be. Everything was explained to me and less than 2 hours later I was driving away in my new 2017 Subaru Forester . He even filled up my gas tank. Todd was a pleasure as well. I appreciated the fact that they did not play "finance games" or change the price when I showed up. Overall, a fast and great experience with Shingle Springs Subaru staff. More

I researched thoroughly on the internet and received many emails and phone calls from other dealers; however, I decided to get my new car from Shingle Springs Subaru because of the professionalism shown to me by Jeff Tallent, the no-haggle cost which was the best or same price as other dealers in the area, and the fact that it is local. Jeff was patient in providing me all the options while not trying to upsell me on those features that I didn't need and would only increase the cost of the car.There was no pressure to "buy now" and I came to the dealer 3 times before settling on the right one for me. They also had many used Subarus which I considered as well. I would thoroughly recommend this dealership and Jeff Tallent if you are considering a Subaru. More

No pressure to decide or buy, they really wanted us to made the right decision for our family and situation. We did and finalized our 2016 Outback purchase without a hitch or lengthy negotiations. Their pricing is extremely competitive and makes the hassle of lengthy negotiations non-existent. More
