Leased a vehicle for the first time! We had a wonderful experience at the Lexus Metro dealership (December 2017). Our sales associate was Christian Miller. He was very knowledgeable and p We had a wonderful experience at the Lexus Metro dealership (December 2017). Our sales associate was Christian Miller. He was very knowledgeable and patient as we asked a myriad of questions to figure out whether leasing or buying was the right choice for us. He was very thorough and honest in his explanation and he provided us with time and space to make a decision that we very happy and comfortable with. He also helped us find a vehicle that best fit our needs. Once we found that vehicle, he worked very hard with Jeff Sustersic to present us with a very good deal. Negotiating the best price/deal was surprisingly painless. After our negotiation, it was late in the day so we made an appointment to come in later that week to finish up the paperwork and to pick up our car. Later in the week, Christian Miller picked up one of us from home as the other came straight from work. We were very impressed with the great service offered by Christian Miller. We met with David Weaver (Finance Department) and we had another wonderful experience. David was very thorough, organized, and informative. He answered all of our questions and he was very efficient in helping us complete the paperwork process. He explained the optional Lexus protection plans offered in depth and allowed us to make a decision without pushing us into something that we did not want or need (we ended up choosing a protection plan that suited our needs). Before driving the car off the lot, one of the employees thoroughly went over all the features of the car and helped us set up Bluetooth, radio stations, memory seats/preferences, etc. We were impressed with how friendly everyone was at the Lexus Metro dealership. We were also impressed with their high quality service. Their friendliness and service made our car shopping/leasing experience a pleasant one. We would highly recommend the Lexus Metro dealership to anyone looking to buy or lease a luxury vehicle! More

Rick Cortes is a very knowledgeable, down to earth, professional employee who went above and beyond to ensure I understood the features of my new RX350. He thoroughly explained and showed me the main features of my car and told me if I had any questions I could call him. The reason my review is titled "Superb Customer Experience" is, the following day I sent Rick a text to see if there was a way to display the number of miles I could drive until my gas tank was empty. Not only did he promptly respond, he created a how-to-video to show me the steps. That action alone is going well above, and beyond to provide 100% customer satisfaction! More
