Customer service was great . Changed my oil. The first change was $100 HOWEVER, the next change is FREE ! $50 each is a great deal, as the oil alone is so expensive even outsid Changed my oil. Dan Braceros and Jeff Richard provided excellent customer service! I was informed of the problem with my VW Passat's A/C. I was told when the part would arrive and I got a service appointment that was conv service! I was informed of the problem with my VW Passat's A/C. Both Dan and Jeff were knowledgeable, patient in answering all my questions, and it was wonderful that they got me a 'loaner' vehicle, which in needed. More

Went in for oil change and they had a few issues at the time so it was much longer than I would have thought. Posted a review on Google and within an hour the service department reached out to me and expl time so it was much longer than I would have thought. Dealer refused to honor warranty on “Dynamic Cornering Light”. Stating they found aftermarket parts. If this is true, it is how I received the vehicle when purchased as “new”. If it had been in an accident beforehand, I should have been informed. Even though the dealership has changed hands since the purchase, I don’t see myself purchasing my next VW from them. More

This by far was the best car purchase experience I have ever had. Every single person no matter their position was nothing but friendly, helpful and professional.
