Had preset appt. for xx. engine light ON. Suddenly my 2020 Telluride would not start, even with a AAA svc. call with booster jump. AAA towed vehicle to dealership. Wi for xx. engine light ON. Suddenly my 2020 Telluride would not start, even with a AAA svc. call with booster jump. AAA towed vehicle to dealership. With backlog schedule, the KIA svc. mgr. was able to work my vehicle in. Took 4 days for repair due to back order on starter motor. Once completed, vehicle runs fine. Excellent service by Jeff Mattson, Svc. Mgr. who kept me updated on repair progress. I am very satisfied. Thank you. More

Originally, I tried to make an appointment at the Brooklyn Park location and it was stressful because I felt that I would not be able to get it repaird any time soon. I decided to try the Bloomington Brooklyn Park location and it was stressful because I felt that I would not be able to get it repaird any time soon. I decided to try the Bloomington location and the process was very easy. The customer service to set up the appointment was quick and to the point. The instructions on how to proceed were easy to navigate and bringing my.car in was just as simple. The assistance I received was very prompt and friendly. I was easily reassured of the process and the wait was as estimated. I greatly appreciated it. More

The staff is wonderful. The service has been good, with one exception, they consistently over fill by one quart at each oil change. I have mentioned this each time I have been in, but it continued happening. This last visit my husband was with me and we again brought it up, and this time it was done correctly, but I don't think I should have to bring my husband or have to mention it every time. More

My wait time was very long with no updates on when my car was going to be done. I understand you have a recall going on. Customer Service still involves taking care of customers waiting and new customers com was going to be done. I understand you have a recall going on. Customer Service still involves taking care of customers waiting and new customers coming in. A new customer can wait a few minutes while you up date a customer that has been waiting for 2 1/2 hours with no updates. After asking several times when my car was going to be ready. I didn't get a update until 1/2 from when 1 asked a second time. The Service Technician seemed stressed and frustrated. I got all caps when he responded to my text. I took that as yelling at me. The other times I brought my car here when it was for a recall I had great service and up dates regularly. More
