We bought our 2021 Subaru Forester Limited from Shingle Springs Subaru in February 2024 even though there are other Subaru dealers closer to where we live in Roseville. All our questions were answered and we will definitely be visiting them again when we need another car. Omar handled the finance end of the transaction and we are also extremely satisfied with the way he walked us through finalizing the purchase. We can't say enough good things about Shingle Springs Subaru. If they are a little further away from you I can tell you they are definitely worth the trip! Update about Service Department 3/26/24: We bought some window deflectors online from Shingle Springs Subaru and I included a note that we were going to schedule a service appointment to have them installed. I scheduled a service appointment online for 9:00 AM today to have them install the window deflectors and included a note their parts department had them on order. They were done and we were on our way by 10:15 AM. Mike, the service advisor was super friendly and helpful and made the visit overall a successful visit. We are very happy with their sales and service and will be bringing our car there for service from now on! More
