I can't say enough superlatives about my and my grandson's recent purchase from Alfred El-Darazi and David Hill from Five Star Ford. I think it's fair to say that many, if not most, people look forward to getting a new vehicle but dread the process. In this case I cannot say that that was the case. In every regard there was demonstrable regard for me and my grandson as a buyer, no runarounds and straightforward dealings leading to a win-win and I highly recommend Five Star Ford and Alfred El-Darazi and David Hill. An unexpected and added delight was also dealing with Jeff Crabtree overseeing the purchase along with his genuine interest in helping us through the process. More

New F150 I was extremely please with Alfred and Jeff. They went out of their way to meet my needs and get the payment where I wanted. My only issue was with t I was extremely please with Alfred and Jeff. They went out of their way to meet my needs and get the payment where I wanted. My only issue was with the first finance person (Bubba), he was somewhat rude and short with me and I left the facility with the intention of going to another dealership. However, Jeff and Alfred worked diligently and got the deal I needed. The next finance person was Tut, and he was extremely professional and answered all of my questions while making sure I was clear on all the details. If the first finance officer had been more professional and less rude I would have given a 5 star. The service gentleman who went over my vehicle aftermarket options was also very professional and gave me some good advise and options. More
