This dealership is horrible. The buying process was excellent, I will admit. However, my vehicle had a check engine light come on 2 weeks after purchasing. I dropped off my vehicle, they contacted me within 6 hours and said there's nothing wrong with it and to come get it. I had the vehicle diagnosed again, at a certified shop. Heritage cleared the codes and sent me home in a vehicle that has issues. I contacted their Service Director Matt Beckman and told him this. He said they would take of it. It hasn't been taken care of yet... Almost 2 weeks later. More

I made an appointment to see a used car and drove an hour to see it. However, when I got there at my assigned time, they informed me the car had been moved to another sister shop 25 minutes away. They asked to see it. However, when I got there at my assigned time, they informed me the car had been moved to another sister shop 25 minutes away. They asked one of their guys, Jeff, to drive us to go see the car and to test drive and decide if I want it before going back to the other location. Jeff Bejma was great and informative. I decided to get it so we went back to first location and Jeff tried to get the paperwork done as quickly as possible since it was late. We had to wait a while to meet with financing officer. Tavon was great and tried to wrap it up as quickly as possible, as well as answering any questions I has. They also addressed 2 things (extra key and replace a belt) I asked for when purchasing the car. More

Jeff was patient and worked with our budget to make it feasible to trade in our two old vehicles in exchange for two new ones.
