One of our concerns was the limited time we had to spend at the dealership, as well as the overall cost, since the dealership is a hour away from where we live. Dustin, as well as the Finance Rep, Jay, made the entire process as easy as 1, 2, 3 and we were done in an hour and fifteen minutes. Dustin and Jay demonstrated the exceptional service and professionalism a customer should expect to receive during a purchase at Crown Acura. Purchasing a vehicle can be a very stressful at times. Dustin and Jay made the experience simple and pleasant with their professionalism and ease of doing business. These two have raised the bar on the level service you should receive when buying a car.
