I had the pleasure of working with both Jay & Shak. It was a very tricky situation but they handled it with great skill and expertise. The team of employees who assisted us with our new truck purchase were as friendly and professional as they come. We looked at a RAM 1500 4x4 on line and sent an email to the internet dept. With in the ho purchase were as friendly and professional as they come. We looked at a RAM 1500 4x4 on line and sent an email to the internet dept. With in the hour Jay replied with a price on the truck we were interested in. The price was right on! We drove down to elk grove dodge around 1 pm to look at it and found it. It wasn't what we really wanted. We talked about what we wanted and Jay had Michael (trainee) take us out to the back lot to look at their stock. When we came back we found a truck on the front lot. During this time Jay was swamped with President Day customers. Once we found what we wanted the process move rapidly. Both Michael and Jay worked together to get the paper work in order and wittled down the price enough to make us feel like we got a good deal. (Which we did). Jay listened to During the wait we were always kept informed as to where we were in the process. I found the employees we came into contact with in control and professional even with the hectic atmosphere. I would return to Elk Grove Dodge if and when I consider another Chrysler product. More

No pressure sale....financing was a breeze despite a recent bankrupcy. My car went on ad the next day. I contacted the dealer and was given the sale price. Overall the experience has been pretty good. I enjoyed working with Jay (Ameek) as he was straightforward and responded quickly to my questions. For the most part I think he gave me a fair price, however working with Jay (Ameek) as he was straightforward and responded quickly to my questions. For the most part I think he gave me a fair price, however, I do have some concerns: 1.I ordered a soft top as an extra for $1400. I was then told I'd have to return in two weeks to have it installed after it comes in. As I live two hours away from the dealership, this has become an inconvenience for me. For a $1400 accessory, Elk Grove Dodge has made me feel like they are doing me a favor. Since I bought a brand new vehicle I feel that this soft top should have been discounted especially since I am having to drive over 100 miles and hang around to have it installed. 2. They only give me one key for a brand new jeep and when I asked for a second key I had to wait for almost an hour. I actually want to get a third key, which I will order on my next visit. 3. I'm not sure why I am being charged $200 for Sirius radio when I really am not interested in this option at all. I hope this feedback is helpful. Ron More
