Prior to meeting Kathy Vitale, purchasing a car was about as enjoyable as going to the dentist for a root canal. Our recent experience at Leith Nissan has changed my prior opinion. Derek Parker is an outstanding professional who pays attention to details and thinks proactively about customer needs. He has a great personality, friendly, knowledgeable, and has follow up that is spot on. He is a true professional. I would happily buy another vehicle from Derek or recommend him to anyone looking for a new vehicle. BTW, the Armada is awesome too. Luigi in finance and Jay, the sales manager were also very professional and helpful.
