He has a great personality, friendly, knowledgeable, and has follow up that is spot on. He is a true professional. I would happily buy another vehicle from Derek or recommend him to anyone looking for a new vehicle. BTW, the Armada is awesome too. Luigi in finance and Jay, the sales manager were also very professional and helpful. That is all I have for now, but look out for my separate posting on the service team who took it to another level also. More

He found a car matching up with what I wanted. My car was parked in the front of Leith when I arrived. All I had to do was sign forms. I was in communication from another county, therefore it took one to two days and I was driving off with my 2017 Kia Optima car. I love it, I have added tint on the windows. Thanks to Derrick dedication and hard work I received the car with the accessories and the type of payments that I wanted and this was done quick while communicating with him from another county.
