I would like to thank Jay & Melissa for a very positive experience. I chose Miller Subaru over Cherry Hill Subaru because I found Miller to be low key and less pressure. Jay was pleasant and pro positive experience. I chose Miller Subaru over Cherry Hill Subaru because I found Miller to be low key and less pressure. Jay was pleasant and professional and didn't pressure me or try to sell me more than I wanted. Melissa - great personality and zipped through the paperwork with me. Miller Subaru was the first Subaru dealer we contacted and Jay Fralin was the salesman we spoke with. We had not bought a car for 14 years and so we were very uninformed on the process of purchasing a ve and Jay Fralin was the salesman we spoke with. Jay was very helpful and answered our questions and helped us in deciding what was best for us. He gave us a ballpark price and there was no high pressure to make a decision. He stayed in contact with us while we looked around and decided for ourselves exactly what we wanted. The way Jay treated us on our first visit was the reason we returned to purchase a car from your dealership. Our experience was good and we appreciate honesty and no hassle. It was with some anxiety that I thought it would be a high pressure sales pitch from the dealership, but surprise, surprise it was no pressure situation. The salesman that helped me through the process, Jay Fralin was very helpful, informative, and made everything go so smoothly. I priced Foresters at three dealerships on-line to obtain a new Subaru for my wife. We had owned 3 Subarus previously, a wagon (12 years), sedan (8 years) and Legacy wagon (3 years). Miller & another deale a new Subaru for my wife. We had owned 3 Subarus previously, a wagon (12 years), sedan (8 years) and Legacy wagon (3 years). Miller & another dealer were forthcoming, their offers consistent information disclosed in my research. Christina the contact from internet sales was by far better in terms of follow-up and addressing my initial questions. Upon arrival at the dealership, I was connected with Jay Fralin, of the Sales staff. Jay is an experienced salesperson who understood my needs and attempted to accommodate them. He was honest and information he provided was consistent with my research pertaining to the vehicle and pricing. He did not atttemt to employ pressure or questionable sales tactics. Both of the vehicles in which we were interesed were sold prior to our arrival. Jay attempted locate another but was unsuccessful. I was also assisted by Ms. Miller, xxx't manager, with respect to locating another vehicle. I was impressed by the accessiblity and responsiveness of management staff to address my concerns. Jay provided some options and subesquently informed me that another model that might meet my needs was delivered to the dealership. We purchased it immediately. Jay was excellent in explaining the features and operation of the vehicle to my wife, even syncing her cell phone to the bluetooth in the car. We were also impressed with the business manager who completed the transaction for purchase of the vehicle. He made us aware of additional options that we might purchase pertaining to warranties etc. Once again, we engaged with a true professional, who did not employ pressure or questionable sales tactics. We selected Miller for our purchase because of their business model which values honesty in dealing with the consumer, good pricing, and professional, knowledgeable staff who were responsive in addressing our concerns. Normally we dread the ordeal of getting a new car. Usually it is a big hassell , between pushy sales people and price haggling. We have literally spent whole days at other dealers trying to find and come up with a fair price. Our experience at Miller Subaru was actually a pleasant experience from beginning to end. Jay was pleasant, very knowledgable and calm. We did not feel any pressure at all and we were not bombarded with possible "extras" that we should get. We would definitely return again and would recommend this dealership to friends. More

Jay Fralin is a no pressure sales person. He is pleasant, knows the cars,answers your questions,calls you back with information. You owe it to yourself to see Jay before purchasing a Subaru, Ford or a Lincol knows the cars,answers your questions,calls you back with information. You owe it to yourself to see Jay before purchasing a Subaru, Ford or a Lincoln. The experience is pleasant. I referred my brother in-law and he leased two Fords for himself and a Subaru for his son from Jay Fralin and Miller Subaru and Miller Ford. I have leased 2 Foresters and bought two Outbacks from Miller Subaru over 12 years. I have had my cars serviced at Miller Subaru. I change the oil, rotate the tires and do the routine maintenance. It does not get more simple than that. More
