2018 CX 5 Stopped by just to see Mazda's offerings and Bill was the first we talked with. Bill was very friendly and spent a lot of his time showing us everything Mazda had. Never had any pressure to buy right away. Bill recommended we go home and think about everything. We returned to test drive then asked about the prices and everything was very fair. Nick was able to find what we wanted plus some roof rails, but the price was again fair, and he threw in a few things to make us happy. The CX 5 was brand new and only took 2 days to get it (they drove it in the next day). We were approved for financing before we arrived to pick it up so only took about an hour to sign for everything and get going. The friendly staff, no pressure to buy and the whitten advantage warranty sold us on buying a Mazda. More

First time car buyer My experience with whitten brothers mazda was very excellent. I started roughly 2 months prior with Bill when I went in to look at a cx-5. I told him My experience with whitten brothers mazda was very excellent. I started roughly 2 months prior with Bill when I went in to look at a cx-5. I told him up front all I wanted was to look and did not plan to purchase and not once did he push me to buy. He was a text book of information regarding the pros and cons of the vehicle I was looking at, how it compared to similar vehicles and all the bells, whistles, and upgrades possible. Ultimately it was my experience with Bill that made me come back to purchase. My purchasing experience was excellent, I knew what I wanted and they had it there in the lot. I went in prepared with my hagglers mentality but as I was purchasing a model year previous they were ridiculously generous with the offer and I did not have to counter once. My only quarrel is that I had to wait roughly 2.5 hours to meet with the finance manager. I understand that it was not only Saturday but also a holiday weekend so to say it was busy is an understatement but I felt that they should have had two finance managers staffed to speed the process. Overall I was fantastically pleased and whitten brothers mazda (midlothian) is a fine establishment with great people who truly put customer satisfaction first. More

Used Vehicle Purchase This was my first experience with this dealership. The salesman was knowledgeable, professional, and personable. Wasn't too impressed with the way This was my first experience with this dealership. The salesman was knowledgeable, professional, and personable. Wasn't too impressed with the way the vehicle was inspected through their service department though. For a CPO vehicle, I would expect everything to be tested and confirmed operational prior to it being placed on the lot. There was a fog light out and some of the safety features were not confirmed tested. My salesman quickly remedied these issues but I would caution your inspectors to take more time in conducting inspections and confirming which features are on the vehicle and if they are operating as designed. More

I have no complaints. I have been coming to this dealership for almost 10 years and I can say I’ve never had an issue with the team and that everyone has/does/continues to I have been coming to this dealership for almost 10 years and I can say I’ve never had an issue with the team and that everyone has/does/continues to do their best to lookout for me. I really appreciate that coming from the customer service industry myself. Even during trying times with my 07 CX-7, I was happy to begin my first lease option ( 16 M-3). It was a whole new experience, bringing it back to my Lancer days...I digress lol. But, here I am in my next vehicle (CX5) and I can not be more thrilled to be back up in the air! Not to mention it’s pretty sweet! I’ve missed it and the whole transition and transaction was quite smoothed...definitely a plus. I give 5 star Kudos to Melvin for being my #1 wingman since the beginning! More

Great Experience This was my first time purchasing a new car from a dealership, and the guys at Whitten were great to work with! Honest salesmen and smooth process I went in to buy a new car and trade in my old one. They were all helpful, honest about what they like and dislike about car features and helped me f I went in to buy a new car and trade in my old one. They did not try to oversell me on anything and help me set up a financial plan. I also forgot some things like my title and they were so understanding stating I could bring it in the next day. Our sales person (Gerald) was exceptionally friendly and very knowledgeable about all models from trim levels & features down to the fine details of the engineering and he showed a particular interest in helping me choose the right fit for my personal needs & driving style (also appreciate the quick & friendly accessory install by Nick a few days later). I've been thoroughly enjoying the car ever since and would recommend the dealership unreservedly. More
