Oil change If you are in hurry, no I wouldn't recommend. 1 hour and 40 minutes for an oil change is a bit much to sit and wait. Everyone was super nice though except one lady in cashier dept. She seemed very crabby and not friendly. Service dept manager was very nice though. Sorry don't remember names. More

Disappointing Went in for a routine oil change. Was switching to the dealership from another Hyundai one. It took TWO hours! Upon entering the bay, the two servic Went in for a routine oil change. Was switching to the dealership from another Hyundai one. It took TWO hours! Upon entering the bay, the two service technicians were too busy bashing a female customer to even greet me as I exited my car and approached them. I had to wait for them to stop saying sexists things to finally get attention. There was a part on my car that another dealership had damaged during a precious oil change which this dealership noted needed fixing. I explained that I knew, that the same service manager from that dealership is now at this one, made promises to fix this at their expense and after 2-3 opportunities, never made good on that hence why this is still in need of repair. That same service manager now is telling me to take it up with the other dealership and he wouldn’t be able to help because he left on bad terms. Now I guess we will have to go once again to try to rectify this. My car was pulled out of the service bay but not in a way that was easy for me to get out of. Upon slowly exiting, another employing driving way too fast almost hit me head on in the parking lot!! Upon being checked in, I asked if they would honor a coupon sent by corporate, which they said they would, but forgot to calculate that when checking me out causing me to have to wait additional time for them to redo it all with the service manager. Would not recommend based on this experience with this part of the dealership. I can’t speak for other areas. More

Excellent Service Staff Hyundai of Wentzville We can’t say enough about the fast, honest and friendly service we experienced at Hyundai of Wentzville. After our Hyundai Son Hyundai of Wentzville We can’t say enough about the fast, honest and friendly service we experienced at Hyundai of Wentzville. After our Hyundai Sonata broke down on a road trip from South Dakota to North Carolina, we were towed to a dealership we were unfamiliar with in a town we had never heard of - Wentzville, MO. The cashier, Tonya, was kind and calming both on the phone and once we arrived at the dealership. The service manager, Jay and service advisor, Chris were able to quickly diagnose the problem - our engine was knocking and would give out in a matter of time. They were able to quickly arrange a rental car for us and get us back on the road sooner than we expected. The engine was replaced and all campaigns were completed thoroughly and in a timely fashion. We would recommend their service department at Hyundai for all your automotive needs. More

Very nice service. The service was really good from start to finish the Staff in the service department were very friendly and the cashier was also friendly. The only issue I have is that I had purchased the Maintenance Contract.when I purchased the car. To my disappointment and surprise I find out that the dealership has changed owners and they don’t honor the contract. There has been no notice that this has taken place. I had a coupon for 10% of the bill, which I didn’t think I needed. I could have also taken it to Suntrup South if I had known, as it is I had to pay the full amount $170.00. More
