I felt as if I knew him which was the reason I decided to go with Eastchester Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram. I was there with a friend who was returning a lease and knew that I wanted a Jeep but really had no intention of making that decision on that day. I was so comfortable that I thought to myself "it won't get any better than this." I didn't want to take the chance of ending up with someone that would just want to sell me without caring about what I wanted. In fact, what I wanted was not there and Javier not only hunted it down, I spoke with him as he was driving it back to the lot from Brooklyn. I will recommend this dealership to anyone that starts to talk about buying or leasing any car. I'm looking forward to going back and catching up over some coffee when it's time for the first oil change but truth be told you can feel comfortable enough to stop by if you're just in the neighborhood. Javier made buying and test driving my new a smooth process without making me feel pressured. He was kind and patient. Will Rivera was horrible to work with and actually bought me to tears in the dealership when he told me the decision I was making "stupid" on issues I was having on the first dodge that I bought from the dealership. My interaction with him made me question about doing any other business with the dealership. Luckily Stephen Joseph was there to help rectify the situation "somewhat". The initial experience I had purchasing my car at this dealership taught me a lot of dos and don'ts when I purchase my next vehicle. More
