Jasper Marino Jasper did a great job and wasn't pushy at all. He helped me get into the truck I wanted at a payment I could afford. The guy selling the extended warranty was a little pushy and standoffish that I didn't want to buy what he was selling. The allstate lady was helpful and got me into a solid bundle policy. Overall, we had a good experience at the dealership. Jasper was great. The one negative is that the whole dealership smells like cigarette smoke. More

Lacking Overpriced service, Not even sure why I returned this time after last visit for oil and tire rotation and I had to return because they failed to put o Overpriced service, Not even sure why I returned this time after last visit for oil and tire rotation and I had to return because they failed to put on and tighten all the lug nuts. Then service writer asked if I lived in a bad neighborhood and that someone may have been attempting to steal tire. Impossible since my vehicle is parked on my driveway and that side of the vehicle is against the house and not able to fix it. No bearing on this I visited castle Buick and had a bad experience and recently stopped at castle Chevy in Elk Grove . I walked the showroom floor along with the lot and not once did a salesperson approach and ask if they could help, so I left. Was interested in a new Tahoe More
