Great experience from the first call in the morning to replace a tire urgently. Item was in stock and I was about to take it in they same day . The entire job was completed by 11 am ! I received a call replace a tire urgently. Item was in stock and I was about to take it in they same day . The entire job was completed by 11 am ! I received a call to confirm pricing and a call when my vehicle was ready . No surprises and also was offered service of oil change at the same time which I didn’t realize I needed ! I had a 7:20 AM appointment for a replacement trim part. When I was there and waiting, I was told it didn’t come in yet after 2 weeks. Why wasn’t this checked and I notified ahead of time so I didn’t have When I was there and waiting, I was told it didn’t come in yet after 2 weeks.
