Service appointment was easily made. Entire staff was pleasant and comfortable to work with. Dan Murphy was right on the ball with topics and concerns that I had with my vehicle. The technician with his diagnosis and all work was performed very professionally and ahead of schedule. Having been a BMW NA employee there are certain things that are “expected” in a dealership, mini of Ramsey hit all the points and then some! In all the service staff gets a huge thumbs up from me! I love the customer service! I had an emergency Repair and they were on top of it they made an opening for me. They got me out enough time to go to work and I could too crazy and I had an emergency Repair and they were on top of it they made an opening for me.
