WHAT A DIFFERENCE A DEAL, DEALER, & GREAT SALES EXPERIENCE! Yesterday, Dec 18, I purchased an Audi A-6 from The Audi Dealership in Naples, FL. I had the extreme luck and pleasure to have Jason Giardina as my sa Yesterday, Dec 18, I purchased an Audi A-6 from The Audi Dealership in Naples, FL. I had the extreme luck and pleasure to have Jason Giardina as my salesman. I would like to inform you, that this is my third purchase of an Audi vehicle in the past four years. Two of them were bought in New York. I was not at all happy or satisfied with my experience @ the New York dealerships. Fast forward now to my dealings here in Naples. Jason is a true professional and has an engaging personality. His technical knowledge and expertise was amazing. Jason MADE US WANT TO BUY THE CAR ! At the delivery he spent a lot of time with us and walked us through all the "bells and whistles" features.I have never experienced this before in all of my car buying/leasing transactions. I can only say excellent things about my time spent at Naples Audi, Michael in finance was so pleasant to deal with, Joey in service… To summarize as we say open Brooklyn, FUGGETABOUTIT!!! The car is for our daughter, but she was away in college, and Jason carefully went through all the details of the car, a Q5, and has also followed up with our daughter as well to make sure all her questions have been answered. Good Service Jason Giardina sold me a A7, he was very professional and went the extra mile collecting me from the airport at 8 PM in the evening. A good experience I found the price of the trade in and the purchase price right on-- according to Edmunds.com. Was pleasure dealing with Jason, the sales rep. Great Experience I have been shopping at Naples Audi for a long time and have always had a good experience. Jason was great help, even though I knew what all ready :). Audi A5 Cabriolet in my garage Searched the internet for a soft top vehicle and selected the Audi A5 Cabriolet, Found the one I liked at the Naples dealership. Requested an E-Mail q Searched the internet for a soft top vehicle and selected the Audi A5 Cabriolet, Found the one I liked at the Naples dealership. Requested an E-Mail quote which was sent quickly and I scheduled a time to test drive. Upon my arrival the vehicle was waiting for my wife and I where we were warmly greeted by the salesman assigned to assist us. After our test drive we were introduced to several other team members presented several purchase options provided to us upon our request.. We are now happily part of the Audi family. More
