He always paid attention to the details and needs of our family, and provided valuable information such as different available options, cost comparison, different models and their features, and most importantly; which option provides more value for the money. My wife and I did not have good experiences at a different Audi dealership in the past, and we were very skeptical this time, but Dorian just blew us away with his customer focus, and service.
