Naturally, we have a strict budget. The salesman brought over a manager, they only offered a new vehicle stating it is "the best option." When I asked about the "second best option" the manager laughed in my face. The process took 3 hours during which time they made offers which were significantly higher than the monthly payment I had indicated I could afford. Each offer came in just a little lower than the previous one but involved a hard credit inquiry that dropped my credit score every time. The actual price of the vehicle was never brought up. The "factory rebate" that was mentioned was never given a value. They clearly weren't interested in selling us a used car. There was a certified used model right next to the car we were trading in, but all they had was the new one they wanted to sell. When an acceptable offer finally came our way, we had to wait another 3 hours for some reason. I imagine it's because the salesman was working with another customer. I don't feel like the employees were listening to what I wanted to buy and that's going to end up costing more than I originally wanted. We came in looking for the same positive experience we had both had before, and it was nowhere near. Had we known this would be the case, we would have gone elsewhere. More

There was no pressure at all, and there’s was always someone there making sure all my needs were being met. Even at the end of the day, when you expect everyone to be tired and ready to go home, everyone working was still smiling, cracking jokes, and overall making me at ease. The trade process was so easy and the price was right. Definitely recommend! More
