In particular, we have dealt with Jason DeFelice in the Service Dept., who has always been helpful, informative, and friendly. We have also dealt with Ken Yates in Sales. Ken does not use pressure sales tactics and is honest and knowledgeable. Al Farmer in the Parts Dept. has also been very helpful. More

Went above and beyond to ensure all the purchase details were taken care of, and the after sales follow-up wa Nick Sinko is an excellent sales person. Went above and beyond to ensure all the purchase details were taken care of, and the after sales follow-up was promptly dealt with. Even now there is a continued after sales "touch base" policy that makes you feel like "a friend of the family", not just a customer.
