We just purchased our 2023 Toyota Prius from Royal Moore Toyota, and we could not have been happier with the process. Thank you Jason Anthony and Patrick Spencer! We told Jason (sales) exactly what we were looking for, and he said he’d keep an eye out for this specific car. The moment this car was in transit, Jason alerted us, and we were given a number of categories to purchase from (depending on options). There was no pressure to “up sell”, and we selected our options package from a detailed comparison sheet, and then waited for the car to arrive. Jason kept us apprised of the transportation progress from shipping to processing to transit to the dealership. We went to Royal Moore and everything was ready as promised for the price as quoted (what’s not to like about that!) Jason was patient in explaining many of the new car features (as well as having us take an “orientation drive”), and Patrick was detailed and patient to make sure the purchase process and registration were correct. Thank you again to Jason, Patrick, and of course Royal Moore Toyota! More

I called in to check in on a Sienna that may be available. Jason was the first to answer the phone and despite the Sienna possibly being sold, Jason kept me in the loop and updated over a several d available. Jason was the first to answer the phone and despite the Sienna possibly being sold, Jason kept me in the loop and updated over a several day period. I drove up anyway to check it out and the sale fell through with the other buyer. Had Jason not kept me in the loop and been proactive, we would have kept searching. We ended up buying the Sienna instead of just looking at it. Thank you Jason! More
