I went in thinking this experience was going to be challenging and that it wasn't going to work out for myself BUT Jose and the entire Royal Moore team made it happen! I had a few challenges come up but they never gave up on me and I walked out of there with the car I wanted from the start. Also, they helped me purchase this car all on my own. We were lucky enough to get a marvelous salesman, Austin Givens. The reason he was so special is that he took the time to talk to us and he really listened. Once he found the right RAV4 Prime for us, he m Givens. The reason he was so special is that he took the time to talk to us and he really listened. We proceeded at our own pace and we got the car and the deal that suited us best. And then I went back to the dealership several times to have Austin show us how to use certain features of the car which we could not understand from the manual.
