New Car Purchase I visited this dealership after contacting them via their Internet site. While a significant distance from my home, I visited them,took a test drive I visited this dealership after contacting them via their Internet site. While a significant distance from my home, I visited them,took a test drive and negotiated the purchase of a 2015 A6 and a buy-out of my current Lexus GS 350 lease. The entire process was handled very professionally and courteously. I took delivery of my new car yesterday at my home and am extremely satisfied with my purchase. Jamie Schutt did an excellent job of answering all my questions and familiarizing me with this car. I look forward to a continuing relationship with this dealership. More

Positive purchase process My husband and I have just purchased our second car from Jamie Schutt and third from Naples Audi. We are once again extremely happy. On a Friday I went to Naples Audi to "just look" and by late Saturday we had purchased our car. We were in no urgent need to buy a car but we were offered such a respectable offer we agreed without even driving the car. Jamie delivered it to our home on Monday as arranged on Saturday Jamie is very honest and personable. He is great to work with. He cares about the people he is dealing with. More

He returned my calls promptly (and I had a lot of questions) and was always available. It was truly a pleasure shopping, buying and taking delivery of my car with him. A few days after picking up my car, I had some questions about it, he continued the top-notch customer service and addressed my questions with the same speed as when I was still shopping. Jamie made the entire experience stress free and fun. He truly went above and beyond. It was also refreshing to work with someone with such an in depth knowledge and passion for cars and customer service. SUPURB! Our experience started months ago when considering a replacement vehicle for my Wife. We have had great success with the VW brand though we wanted to Our experience started months ago when considering a replacement vehicle for my Wife. We have had great success with the VW brand though we wanted to move up into a more refined Audi with better options. After reading endless reviews that compared the A3, CLA250, and BMW328/320 models, I came to the conclusion the Audi A3 2.0 had the best fit. We live closer to the, "Other" Audi dealership in SWFL but felt forgotten after just one visit and noticed the stock was less then half of what Naples Audi had to offer. On our first trip to Naples Audi we were greeted by Jamie Schutt, I was instantly blown away with the knowledge Jaime offered and noticed he was an attentive listener. Jamie considered my entire request and only educated me by suggesting other options. Jaime consistently stayed in contact and one morning before Audi Naples was open, I had emailed pictures of the perfect Audi that was coming into stock that day. Ultimately my Wife and I arrived at the dealership the same day. We were assisted with Jamie and Steve Barry throughout the process. We never felt rushed or pressured and everything went extremely smooth. I was impressed that the Manager Jason Meixel stopped over to make sure we were happy and that everything was OK. We WILL buy our next vehicle at Audi Naples and we cant wait to work with Jamie and Steve again. Thanks again! More

From the very beginning to the very end, every Audi Naples as Buying a car at this dealership has been the best car buying experience I have ever had. From the very beginning to the very end, every Audi Naples associate I came into contact with was pleasant, knowledgeable and very personable. Michael Schutt, Marcela, and Stella responded to me so quickly when I inquired about the Certified Audi A8 that was posted online. They worked around my availability and kept me informed through out the entire process. Being out of state (10 hours away), I was able to place a bid and send in needed paperwork ahead of time. When I went to pick up my awesome vehicle, Jamie Schutt was there to greet me and complete my Audi buying experience. Which was very Great by the way! Jamie was very excellent to work with. I would gladly travel 10 hours again to Audi Naples. Their online buying experience and customer service is superb! More

Bait and switch On Friday 9/5 my wife brought our Audi in for service. We are in the market for a new car and had looked at the A5 convertible. While looking at inven On Friday 9/5 my wife brought our Audi in for service. We are in the market for a new car and had looked at the A5 convertible. While looking at inventory on the lot, she spoke with a sales person. He wrote plainly, a quoted price for her. Not being an expert in the field she asked and was told it was the total price "out the door". In our discussion I said I believed they would add tax and registration fees. When she called today to go in to purchase the car, the story changed from the written quote. Not only were tax and registration fees added, but initially they "forgot" about the discount program discussed but also added a $600.00 dealer fee. From a consumer view this very much seems like bait and switch. To me, "out the door" should be all that the dealer receives. I could understand the tax and registration fees, they do not go to the dealer. Certainly the $600 dealer fee is dealer profit. FYI, I will be also sending this to Audi corporate and check into the legality in Florida as we are from New Jersey. Not happy at all with Jason or a supervisor who was put on the phone to say "That's the way we do it" More
