This was an unusual experience. I bought my used 2015 Jeep GC from Don White and also purchased a Chrysler Lifetime Warranty at the same time. With 114k miles the engine failed to w I bought my used 2015 Jeep GC from Don White and also purchased a Chrysler Lifetime Warranty at the same time. With 114k miles the engine failed to work. Chrysler denied the repair citing reasons that made no sense. Don White reached out to me and said "you are our customer and we will take care of you". Don White put in a new engine and they continued to keep me updated and they did a great job taking care of me while an engine was located. More

James in service is the best. He is very knowledgeable, honest, and upfront about everything. The expectations he gives you are always met. Will Williams (sales) & James Johnson (service) - Both are fantastic to work with. I bought my new Dodge Ram Truck from Will and received excellent service. This was the 5th vehicle we have bought from are fantastic to work with. I bought my new Dodge Ram Truck from Will and received excellent service. This was the 5th vehicle we have bought from Will and we will keep coming back as long as he is there! James was very helpful getting my truck in for service. The truck was completed in a timely manner and his customer service is on point. This was my first oil change and tire rotation for my new Ram truck. :) Very happy customer! More

Van is 7 years old and required extensive work to the tune of $3,900.00. Most of the issues were resolved. Your sales staff communicates well before the customer reaches the dealership, does a lot of legwork to balance financing and inventory, to find a fit for what I wanted and the parameters of the deal. I honestly did not think I could get into a new vehicle, and Don White's sales staff impressed and surprised me. I had some past service issues, but with this purchase, coming back the next day to take care of some owed items (dealership to me, me to dealership) the service write handled it well and efficiently.
