James Johnson, Service Adviser at Don White's Timonium is always friendly, courteous, organized and helpful in addition to being extremely knowledgeable on Dodge, Chrysler and Jeep products. He follows up w always friendly, courteous, organized and helpful in addition to being extremely knowledgeable on Dodge, Chrysler and Jeep products. He follows up while the vehicle is in the shop and keeps me posted on repair and maintenance costs. He will offer options when they are available as well as having a keen sense of the time frame that my car will spend in the shop, thus saving me time and money on car rentals and lost time from work.
