I ordered the car from the factory. It showed up missing several things ordered. James did not seem to realize that until I pointed it out. His explanation was sometimes it’s better to It showed up missing several things ordered. James did not seem to realize that until I pointed it out. His explanation was sometimes it’s better to do things at the dealership. He said this as if that were the plan all along. He said the car would be done 3 days later. He then called to say he put the order in and the parts wouldn’t show up until a week or so “he thinks” later. I took the car and will bring it back for it to be finished. It’s sure seems like James lied about it not being finished by the factory and never checked that what I ordered was done before telling me the car was at the dealership. The sales manager told me they couldn’t take more than $500 off the MSRP (ridiculous.) I said ok, bye and stood to leave. I said nice to meet you to the sales manager and he ignored me. Ok screw you too. Then all the sudden James could make a better deal and get the price to what I said I’d pay. I asked James to confirm what was due and he told me a figure and then had to double check with another salesman who came over to explain the actual details, which weren’t what James said. Real slimy car salesman experience there. The finance guy was nice enough, but had to ask for help from another finance guy to explain to me some of the numbers in the contract. That does not build confidence. I am waiting to see that my lease trade in gets paid off correctly, but fully expect something will go wrong there. As of now my last payment for the previous lease still shows due. I turned it in one lease payment early, which better get paid by y’all or I’m going to take the car back until lease end date of November 5. This was seriously the worst dealership experience I’ve had. I don’t know what I’ll want to do with the car in 3 years when the lease ends, but it won’t involve getting another car at this particular Subaru dealership. They need to get their xxxx together. More

I had a remarkably satisfying experience with this dealership. The General Manager (Tony Hooman) was a true gentleman, displaying the utmost respect. The Sales Manager (Scott Mirbahaeddin) was incredibly supportive throughout the process, ensuring a great deal with suitable payments. Moreover, the sales expert (James Inim) went above and beyond to address my concerns and tailor the best options to my needs and limitations. The Finance Manager (Corbin Beck) also deserves special mention for handling the paperwork smoothly and efficiently, offering excellent options to upgrade the warranty for complete coverage. Overall, a top-notch team made my car-buying journey smooth and enjoyable. I also had the opportunity to tour the service center, which left a lasting impression. The facility was exceptionally clean, well-organized, and up-to-date. It was truly impressive and further reinforced my confidence in the dealership's commitment to quality and excellence. More

James was very knowledgeable and shared about himself to form a friendship. Jeff and the GM introduced themselves and offered any help that they could provide and gave a family dealership vibe. Found a few scratches after I went home and James helped me get it resolved with no questioned asked other than how to satisfy me and apologize for the issue outside his control. I hope that the service stays as it began and look forward to bringing my business here. More
