Fantastic experience James Cho the internet sales rep first engaged me after a request made via the website back July. He was respectful and responsive even though I informed him that we would be taking a long time to make a decision. He maintained contact with out being annoying. On Saturday October 12 my wife and decided to visit the dealer and were introduced to Adrien Wilson who assisted us because James was with a customer. Adrien was very knowledgeable about the Traverse we were looking at purchasing. He took us for a test drive and sat with us to go over pricing. He was assisted by Jim Zolna who knew a mutual acquaintance. The whole process was very easy and without any pressure from anyone. We did not purchase the vehicle on the first visit as my wife and I are very analytical. We asked for a few days to make a final decision. James Cho followed up with a text later that day to thank us for our visit and emailed the window sticker to us with the pricing discussed. On Monday I exchanged two text with Adrien informing him we had chosen to lease the vehicle and would be in on Wednesday evening to sign. I would highly recommend Bennett Chevy as they truly stand behind their advertising on no pressure sales. More

Buying our new Traverse Right away when James Cho came up to assist us, we were honest and said we have a tight time limit due to full card if my bedridden mom.
