Was able to work over the phone and come to a fair deal on a vehicle. Lot of communication about some things but not others, such as updates on tags or status of loan. Guaranteed up to $1k additional trade in above KBB. KBB was approx $850.00, I didn’t get anything over that??? Time with finance manager took to long trying to sell service contracts.
