Bought the car there- most professional sales group - they actually do help you buy the right car. Asked a bunch of great questions about what cars we have liked and what we needed in the next one. I brought my vehicle to this dealership for a water leak into my car. Claudia was the first person I spoke to and told me my insurance would cover the damage so I reluctantly left my car there so the insur into my car. Claudia was the first person I spoke to and told me my insurance would cover the damage so I reluctantly left my car there so the insurance adjuster could come and see it. The aforesaid person never got back to me to find out where I stood After multiple calls and phone chase I was told that Claudia no longer worked there and was given over to another agent I had to get a rental car and left my car there to be repaired not one person including the insurance adjuster did not call or notify me about what was going on. I was without any information. Finally after numerous calls I got an answer I was without my automobile for a week and a half. James finally spoke to me about the situation and finally got my automobile back More

Had a major issue when my car shut down while driving on 93 South, Boston toward the Woods Hole ferry to Martha's Vineyard. I live in Indiana. Lexus Road Side Assistance got me towed me to the Herb Chamber 93 South, Boston toward the Woods Hole ferry to Martha's Vineyard. I live in Indiana. Lexus Road Side Assistance got me towed me to the Herb Chambers Lexus Dealer in Hingham, Ma. early that evening. Service was closed but Tom listened to my story and wrote it down for James Burbine , the service Director. I got to the dealer about 7:30am the next morning, talked with James. They were already determining what they would do and got right at it, They determined the cause (fuel pump failure), replaced it, fixed the codes/alerts that were affected and got me on my way by 10:30 towards Woods Hole. They kept me informed along the way. Well done! More

I have been here for about 22 years and I love the team in terms of sales and service. That's why I keep coming back and have already bought 3 Lexus's from them, I prefer the LS Models and they are always in terms of sales and service. That's why I keep coming back and have already bought 3 Lexus's from them, I prefer the LS Models and they are always comfortable, well designed and ergonomically correct and comfortable. The members I deal with are Patrick C (GM), James B (Service Mgr.) and my favorite Service person is always Tom McCafferty. They always do a great sales job and service, sometimes I even get a break due to my years as a customer. Recommend them highly and will always go back!
