James was incredibly patient and never made me feel like any of my questions were stupid, even when I asked a thousand stupid questions multiple times. My experience purchasing a car from Toyota was excellent. I worked with James through the entire purchase. He was fast to answer all of my questions and helped out as much as he could keeping me updated with I worked with James through the entire purchase. He was fast to answer all of my questions and helped out as much as he could keeping me updated with available new and used inventory. I never felt like he was trying to "sell" me on anything and made me feel very comfortable. He really went above and beyond to secure our desired car and ensure we were happy. He is very knowledgeable about the market and the variety of cars he sells. He gave us a thorough walk through of the vehicle we purchased and made sure we were confident driving off the lot. I would highly recommend working with James when looking for your next vehicle! More
