How do I start. I set out on a journey on 12/09/23 to help my sister find the perfect car for her. My sister has always had cars paid in cash (buy here pay here) so this was basically gonna be her first real carnote. She was so nervous and the car she had was on it's last leg. Little did we know Triston and James was gonna change my sister's life as we know it lol. Triston was sooo professional but he made us feel like family only after a few minutes of working with him. When I say he calmed my sister's nerves from the start he did that. Everything about this experience was so warm and inviting. We never felt like a commission check and that's what I am use to when car shopping. Then to top it off James sealed the deal with the same inviting and warm personality that all we could both say was just wow. We live less than a mile from another Kia dealership but opted to drive 15 miles to come here. Everyone was helpful and friendly and Triston specifically made the car buying experience a joy. They actually had the sale car in stock. Process was easy and transparent. Chad and the finance guy both made this an easy buy. Less than 2 hours for the whole process.
