Transaction was very unprofessional. Didn’t see any figures until I took possession of car and really did not have time to read them. He was great during the ordering process, provided timely updates through the build and transportation process, and made delivery and purchase a breeze. I’ll never buy a Chevrolet from anyone other than Jake (as long as he’s still selling when we need future replacements). More
