Thanks for taking the time to leave a review, even though we are sorry that your vehicle has had wifi connectivity issues. WIFI is a paid subscription through OnStar. Therefore, there isn't a possibility for us to test a vehicle's wifi once it is traded in and the prior owning customer has canceled their subscription. It's unfortunate; we feel bad and have tried to resolve it to the best of our abilities. Where you live out of state and cannot bring the vehicle back to us has been a challenge for both.
