The Xterra did not initially have all of the options that I wanted, but Jaik was able to accommodate my needs and had the running boards installed for me. He was very professional and helpful. I was able to apply for financing online as well. Anthony was able to secure an interest rate that worked well for me. When it was time to do the paperwork, Steve was very professional and explained my options such as Gap insurance very well. I showed up to buy the car on Sunday and they were all very attentive even though the Superbowl was starting soon! Overall excellent experience. I have already recommended them to my best friend who is looking to buy a new car! More

The only thing that wasn't up to par with the rest of the experience was that I bought a used car and they didn't do the best job of cleaning it on the inside. Although the outside was immaculate, there were some obvious marks, smudges and dirt that should have been address. I sure had it been a new car, this would not have been the case. Maybe its because I clean my own car that I'm so particular and I have OCD when it comes to these things. Other than that I would recommend this dealership to anyone. More

These are all questions that flood the mind of the potential buyer. As a buyer of a used or new car you are choosing to make a major investment – an investment that you want to entrust to a company and individual that has your best interest in mind. All these worries and concerns mentioned above were set to the wayside upon meeting Jaik at Elk Grove Mazda. From the start he was more than helpful and extremely informative, giving me answers to the questions that I had in an extremely friendly and relatable manner. A pushy car salesman is someone no one wants to dialogue with and someone a car buyer always dreads. However, this was not the case with Jaik. He was never pushy or demanding. He gave me time to think and reflect. I test drove the Mazda 3 – a vehicle that I have been looking intently at – and after doing so, thanked Jaik for his time and told him I would have to give it some thought as I was looking at other potential purchases. Within an hour, Jaik followed up with me doing further research to answer prior questions that I had, which was something that I greatly appreciated. He did not have to, yet he went the extra mile to help me. As the week wore on I test drove other vehicles and interacted with other salesman, but nothing was matching the vehicle or the experience that I had at Elk Grove Mazda. As a result I eventually called Jaik back and scheduled a second test drive. I am a person who values great work ethic, hard work, and honesty, which is something that both this dealership and Jaik possess, which was one of the reasons I was drawn back to it. After driving it a second time, I fell more in love with the car and eventually decided to purchase the Mazda 3 and could not have been happier. Jaik was able to work a more than comfortable price and made be felt at ease as I signed the paperwork. A car buying experience can be a gut wrenching and horrendous experience, but it does not have to be. My interaction with Jaik and Elk Grove Mazda proved to be the antidote to such worries and concerns. I couldn't be happier with my purchase and am now in the car that I absolutely love driving! I would like to say that it was an outstanding experience I had being at Mazda of Elk Grove, the workers were very friendly and had a smile and worked well with what I was looking for. I was looking for a Mazda 3 and Jaik Willmon helped me find what I was looking for, he was not pushy or trying to force a sale. He went through the details along with the pros and cons of the car not leaving out any details that would hinder my choice. He was a very kind person who took out the time to show remarkable skills of the cars and what he was conveying to us. The Sales Manager was also thorough and kind in helping out with getting the car and getting the best deal possible. The dealership also took care of making sure that it was clean with having free refreshments to quench a thirst. The pricing for the car was well offered and the sale that was going on for the cars help make a choice in buying the car. The salesman also helped to notify me of what the car has to offer me and why it is a great deal on buying the car an the properties such as the Mazda 3 having a gas economic for driving around. What surprised me the most was how Jaik was how transparent and professional he was. More

Jaik helped me to buy my first car from a dealership. I was a little hesitant to look at a used car because I haven't had good luck with them. I told Jaik that I needed a reliable car since my last one wa was a little hesitant to look at a used car because I haven't had good luck with them. He explained that their certified cars were covered by a 12 month/ 12,000 mile warranty, so there was nothing to worry about. I love my car and the peace of mind that Jaik and Mazda give me. I had a great experience at Mazda of Elk Grove. I will be recommend this dealership to all of my friends, family and classmates.
