Worst customer service I wanted to get idea of prices. They just listed off to me the rebates and then sat there looking at me. When I returned, after making contact online,getting areply from Jennifer & Jaclyn, I asked for Jaclyn Bobbit and was told that Frank Baley would be able to help me as Jackie was out that day. Throughout the following visits Jaclyn & especially Frank were so kind and helpful in our search for the perfect vehicle. Wonderful Staff & I am hoping to be able to stop by to have my car washed when it is "Cookout Time" for the customers !! lol ;) More

Very decpetive sales practices and non responsive to request Purchased a vehicle on Tuesday 2/14, asked for the Carfax on the vehicle on Wednesday. Had to ask for it 4 times before it finally arrived on Friday. Purchased a vehicle on Tuesday 2/14, asked for the Carfax on the vehicle on Wednesday. Had to ask for it 4 times before it finally arrived on Friday. The last day by Illinois law to return the vehicle. When I received the report, I understood why it took so long for them to send it to me. The vehicle was a rental car AND had been in an accident. They knew the reason I was buying a car was because my vehicle had been in an accident. After several attempts to resolve, GM Graham Watson's "offer" was to trade my vehicle in for ....yep a more expensive one. It was $14.00 a month more. REALLY? $14.00 a month is not worth customer satisfaction? Definitely not a customer service friendly dealer. Still waiting on a response from my last 2 e-mails on Wednesday 2/22 More
