For starters, I bought my Elantra here in 2020 and Jack sold it to me. It was an amazing experience then. Fast forward 3 years, I got into an accident in that same Elantra and totaled it. He is nothing short of amazing when it comes to selling cars and making sure his customers are happy which is the most important thing. He met every single requirement I had for my vehicle and payments and I am happy to say, I have purchased my brand new Kona with Hyundai Towson and the help of Jack Coco Sr. Thank you again! I honestly don’t like buying a car, but these folks made it easy and actually enjoyable. I was so impressed that Jack CoCo retrieved the vehicle we wanted in Philadelphia and drove it back to Heritage. He w it easy and actually enjoyable. Jackie Coco and his whole team were amazing in helping us trade in our old car and buy a new car. Jackie did an excellent job explaining all the features of the new car and has even offered to be available t trade in our old car and buy a new car. The sales manager was also very friendly and gave us a fair price for our trade. The finance person also explained all our options and worked to get us the best rate.
