Smoothest transition ever I would like to thank joe and the rest of the team including billy for taking such good care of my transition from my old lease to my new lease which I would like to thank joe and the rest of the team including billy for taking such good care of my transition from my old lease to my new lease which is a sel tiquan. I love my new car. I honestly walked to this dealership just to see if they had any car that I would like and I walked out 20 min later and left a deposit on my car which I drove the next morning. Love how they took care of everything without me even being their. I love this dealer and joe is like the best and honest person that came to help me. Made my car shopping stressfree From the moment I walked in the door my experience at Platinum was great. I happened to stop in on Friday night right before they were closing and Ada From the moment I walked in the door my experience at Platinum was great. I happened to stop in on Friday night right before they were closing and Adam provided me with information on the Atlas. He was so knowledgeable about the car. I went back in over the weekend with my husband and we met with Adam and Joe, they were able to answer all of our questions and were very patient with us. They did not try to push anything on us. We were undecided between the Tiguan and Atlas. We ended up deciding on the atlas and couldn't be happier with the car. I have recommended them to friends and I would definitely go back there, they made our experience so easy and stress free. More
