I recommend Eric Lovo to anyone that is looking to buy a new or used BMW in the DMV area. More

Overall a good car buying experience Eric was very good to work with. He answered all of my questions thoroughly. For example I asked about tread depth. He pulled up on the internet Eric was very good to work with. He answered all of my questions thoroughly. For example I asked about tread depth. He pulled up on the internet what good depth should be, got a depth gauge and we measured the depth of each tire. He was accommodating and allowed us to test drive the vehicle without him in the car. The car had not been thoroughly cleaned when we test drove it, and to be honest, it didn't show well. Whomever did the detailing did a great job ... the inside looks and feels practically new! The only part that could have been better was Finance. The wait was too long. Even when I was finally sitting with Finance, the paperwork wasn't quite ready and I had to wait a little bit more. More
