We can’t say enough about the professionalism and efficiency we experienced at Arlington Toyota. Gabe Rivera did an outstanding job for us. We would work with him again without question. Soooo. I was SUPER excited when I found a 2020 Nissan Pathfinder Platinum for an okay price.... my sales guy was pretty good, too. What wasn’t good was how DIRTY the car was!! Covered in pollen on the outside, the inside had broken glass all over the 2nd, 3rd row & trunk of the vehicle, & there was an astronomical amount of smears, finger prints, dust, pet dander, and food throughout the SUV. It was to be detailed the next day as I did make my purchase towards closing. When I went to pick it up the next afternoon, it looked EXACTLY the same I asked to have to redetailed.... they brought it back with the SAME dirt!!! I literally had to go back to the detailing station and grab the rag myself, which was dirty.... Needless to say my return purchase will probably be my last. I spoke with the manager of detailing about the lack there of in cleanliness & they tried getting me to leave it and come back... which is exactly what I did the day before. No, I’ll sit & wait for it.... only to bring it home & have to clean it myself. I paid over $1800 for that “service” and it was a xxxx joke that 48 hours later it STILL wasn’t cleaned how most other dealership would detail the vehicles for sale. There was literally food on the floor & footprints on the seat.... For someone making an out the door purchase ((which I couldn’t because they wouldn’t take my card, only a cashiers check & forced me to finance... very upset about that)) I expected more. As a repeat customer, who after a nearly 10K increase in fees ((includes 2872 in warranty)) & 7K down I expected a LOT more!!! Especially when I still owe nearly 29K.... which is MORE than the asking price.... I only chose “recommend this dealership” because of the sales manager Mr. Rics & Charlie D. They both were great. So was Ricardo, the man who walked me through all the financials. Aside from that, I’ll never return to Arlington Toyota which is sad, because, like I said in the very first sentence, I was super excited for this purchase. More

Sylvia was wonderful- attentive, caring, kind, friendly, hard-working- she wanted this for me as much as I wanted it for myself! I even saw her literally crossing her fingers for me when we were at the comp hard-working- she wanted this for me as much as I wanted it for myself! I even saw her literally crossing her fingers for me when we were at the computer trying to locate the car in the state (they didn't have any inventory in this color or trim). Long story short, my husband located the vehicle for me as a surprise and unfortunately I wasn't able to close the deal with Arlington Toyota. However, when I phoned Sylvia to apologize that we were unable to close the deal together, further proving that she truly cares about her customers, she responded simply- "you got the car and that's what's important to me! I'm so glad you got it!" While I'm grateful I have an amazing spouse, I wanted to do the deal with the Arlington Toyota team. Irvin and Sylvia are both outstanding, and I just had to share this story that I fully-intended on purchasing my 3rd vehicle from Arlington not only based-on customer loyalty, but because they are truly the best. More

I got three credit inquiries just processing financing a car from them when that was not necessary because I was pre-approved through my bank before shopping. This was my first time car shopping and the sales manager had the salesman call and try to get me to come put a down payment two days after I had the car. I did not like having a middleman so I asked to speak with him myself. With taxes included I did not exceed my loan amount. I called the bank and finally they made sure I was covered for the full sale amount. What if I didn’t have the amount they asked me to put down? I was willing to give the car back and go shop somewhere else because I would have to if it wasn’t settled by the third day. It took a week for me to go back and sign another buyer’s order after they received the overnight check from the bank. During that time the salesman was texting me and following up and finally the sales manager called me directly following up about the check. I brought my mom to look at used vehicles the day I came back. One had literally just gotten traded in and the customer left so much junk inside from a fast food place. The staff didn’t bother to throw that out after receiving the car. My mom did not feel comfortable buying another car she test drove because it would be sold as is without a warranty or fixing a couple things my mother was negotiating. There are shortages of cars all around so she purchased a truck from another dealer. The hassle I went through makes me want to try to wait six years until my car is paid off before shopping again because that was a bad taste left in my mouth with how everything was handled and how I had to verify that I even owed a down payment and speak with several bank employees for a few days to resolve it. This interfered with me while I was working my shift and trying to tie up loose ends talking with employees on multiple phone calls. I work in the afternoon so I was unable to go back to the dealer before they closed when they were requiring me to come sign more paperwork. The general manager did work with me and agreed to a good selling price. I am willing to send people his way who are looking to get a car. This happened from the very end of August and carried on through the first week of September which was when my work schedule changed causing my availability to be different where I work my shift on different days than the previous month. More
