We've always had a good experience at this dealership. We began using the service department with our old Mercedes-Benz and had such a good experience, we vowed to ourselves, we'd buy our next car here. The best dealer in town Mercedes Benz of Cutler Bay the #1! Such a great dealer with outstanding customer service. I’v been a customer since 1994 at the Coral Gables Bill Ussery but in 2010 I took a drive #1! Such a great dealer with outstanding customer service. I’v been a customer since 1994 at the Coral Gables Bill Ussery but in 2010 I took a drive to Cutler Bay met Oliver Ortiz and till this day! Oliver Ortiz is such a gentleman he’s polite and extremely sweet. I’ve seen him work hard to get to where he is and I’m proud of him.
