Of course, the dealership must make a profit but I was treated fairly and with respect. This is the 2nd Volvo S60 that I purchased from Jaffarian. My first experience was in 2017 (excellent then so I returned for my next car). I had all my service done there over the past six years and was delighted with their expertise!
