Herb, my salesman came out quickly to greet me. Although he was finishing up with a previous customer he took a few moments to welcome me to the dealership offered drinks, restroom etc. while he looked for he was finishing up with a previous customer he took a few moments to welcome me to the dealership offered drinks, restroom etc. while he looked for someone to assist me. I came fairly close to closing (drove in from out of town), so there were fewer staff around. Herb had me look over/select some inventory to view while he finished up with his customer. I selected 4 vehicles to see, one had been sold and was able to test out the other 3. Herb was very personable, knowledgeable, and eager to help me find what I was looking for. I selected my vehicle (IS 250), and returned the next evening to do paperwork and pick up. The process was smooth sailing. Thanks, Herb! More

I negotiated the deal on the car without having actually seen the car (only in photos). I trusted Mr. Mills that he was leading me in the correct direction. I’m puzzled as to why Tim has a 4.9 rating and not a solid 5.0!! His professionalism and customer service is literally second to NONE not to mention his very humble spirit!
