Thank You Vitaly! ! As a first time Volvo owner I came in looking for a pre-owned. Vitaly was very accommodating and saw that I was asking about 2 very specific used ! As a first time Volvo owner I came in looking for a pre-owned. Vitaly was very accommodating and saw that I was asking about 2 very specific used SUV's. He was not pushy and made the process very comfortable. In this day and age the that is rare and I cannot express my appreciation enough for that. In the end his great attitude and made me very comfortable and afterwards I decided that I felt safe enough with Smythe Volvo and Vitaly to look a little higher in my budget range. I am now a proud Volvo owner after owning several other brands and will more than likely be a repeat customer when the time comes.
