He said the increase at full price was $20 a month for 60 months, but I would get it for $2 a month increase. While signing the documents, Henry did not go over the itemized cost. Didn't let me tell him that the security system was to be $120. He said he knew. While signing that page, he made the signature box very big. I didn't even see it. When I got home I saw I was charged the full amount of $1295. It took a lot of back and forth and over a week for them to credit my account $900. Still a few hundred short of what I was told. I know its not a lot of money, but its just the point. I felt they were very underhanded. More

What made my experience stellar was Derrick Bates. He worked with me for years prior to my purchase while I slowly made my decision. I would call and check in and he was always on point! I was told by Henry that our warranty we purchased was 75000 plus our miles already included on the vehicle whic was approximately 17k. I received our warranty paperwork and it’s only up to 76k. I tried to reach him for two weeks with no call back. I called again and finally got him on the phone. He told me he never said it was on top of the 75k. He told me he would never say that. I explained he said that to my wife and me to our faces. He basically called me a liar and said we could cancel our warranty if we were unhappy because we got a deal and said he would not change anything because the deal was already done. He lied to us and didn’t care. I’m stuck with what u got now but had to voice my disappointment. More
