What made my experience stellar was Derrick Bates. He worked with me for years prior to my purchase while I slowly made my decision. I would call and check in and he was always on point! This might have been the easiest car buying process I've ever had. I met with Derrick after a brief conversation on the phone. I knew the exact car I wanted, obtained a pre-approval from Capital One, and fi ever had. I met with Derrick after a brief conversation on the phone. I knew the exact car I wanted, obtained a pre-approval from Capital One, and filled out all my paperwork online prior to arrival. Derrick was extremely professional, he had all my paperwork printed up and on his desk. He worked hard to get me the payment I wanted and didn't waste any time. In less than an hour I was sent to the finance department to sign everything - which was also a flawless process. I was in and out in less than 2 hours... Good job Claremont Toyota! More
