Hi my name is Helen! I was a customer of Annapolis Subaru before I started working here in 2020. I have always been a Subaru Person my first car was a 2011 Outback that I had until 311,000 miles. She was my baby :) I took my Outback on many road trips and out on the beach very often. I live Annapolis with my dog Sam. His nickname is Subaru Sam because of how much he loves car rides. We saw an advertise on facebook for the Crosstrek we were looking to purchase at a reasonable price. We made an appointment to drive it the next day. Brian (Villa--Juarez) was an awesome sales person. He let me make up my mind, work at my pace. He picked up on the "little questions," and followed up to make sure that each detail I was concerned about was taken care of. Brian was friendly and easy to talk to. I will recommend Brian and Subaru of Annapolis to my friends. Bob in finance was honest and clear. We worked together to make sure I could afford the WRX, and to be sure that I understood what, how much I was paying. He walked through the tricky parts of the contract, and made sure I understood what it meant. He noticed that the interest rate from my bank was higher than what he could offer from a different bank, so we switched to the lower rate. It was great working with the team that valued my time, and didn't leave me sitting alone for extended periods. I felt like a respected person during my time shopping, and picking up my vehicle. Reception was quite helpful in relaying messages, and in guiding me to who I needed to talk to. They greeted me warmly and pleasantly, and made sure I was being taken care of. Beyond that, I am also quite happy with the way my WRX was prepped. The car is beautiful. Brian was careful to guide me about fuel requirements, and break in period. I appreciate that Brian helped deliver my WRX to the island, by picking me up the next day so I could retrieve my Jeep Renegade. More
