Hi my name is Helen! I was a customer of Annapolis Subaru before I started working here in 2020. I have always been a Subaru Person my first car was a 2011 Outback that I had until 311,000 miles. She was my baby :) I took my Outback on many road trips and out on the beach very often. I live Annapolis with my dog Sam. His nickname is Subaru Sam because of how much he loves car rides. I hope I can make the car buying experience fun and seamless while finding exactly what you are looking for! :)

I went to another subaru dealership before the annapolis subaru and left because the service was so terrible. When I arrived at the annapolis Subaru Helen was so supportive and prepared for my appointment. subaru and left because the service was so terrible. When I arrived at the annapolis Subaru Helen was so supportive and prepared for my appointment. One of the cars we had discussed has been purchased the day before but she was ready with a substitute option that was just as good and let me test drive the cars I was deciding between several times. Also the dealership and its employees were all taking safety precautions during Covid-19 that made me feel more comfortable working with them and making a purchase. I ended up with a great used subaru forester and Helen and the team at Subaru Dealership were incredibly supportive during the whole process of buying my first car from a dealership. Highly recommend! More

Dealership was easy to work with. They were able to find the exact Model, color, and trim we wanted and was also able to match the price of a dealer much further away from us.
